- Body Map entries can be made mandatory.
- You can record multiple locations for each administration.

- Up to 31 days of historical locations can be easily viewed.

To mark one or more administration locations on the body map, the medication must first be recorded as Administered.
Body Map entries can be made mandatory.
Users are required to mark the location on the Body Map to record the administration. If the Body Map location is not saved, the administration is not saved.
You will know if a Body Map entry is required as a green ‘Mandatory Body Map’ tag is displayed next to the medication details, and the Body Map icon will be red:
The Body Map icon in the medication round provides a quick visual status:
- Grey icon: No locations recorded.
- Red icon: Body Map Required, location pending.
- Green dot: Location recorded this round.
- Blue dot: Historical locations recorded.
- Blue + Green dots: Both current and historical locations present.
The Medication Profile has a filter to show items that have a mandatory Body Map:
You can make a Body Map mandatory by selecting ‘Body Map Required’ in
- Receive Orders
- Manage Order
- Add to MAR
Multiple locations for each administration.
Multiple locations can be recorded in a single administration, for example, to the front and back of both knees:
Simply click on the required areas to record your locations.
Click on a green dot again to remove or change a location.
Click ‘Save’ to save the administration.

More Historical Administrations are Visible.
You can view up to the last 31 administration locations – this number is customisable in your home’s settings.
Click on one of the Historical Administrations in the list to view just that entry on the Body Map.
The entry you are viewing turns blue for easy identification:
Click on the Current Administration to view just the current entry on the Body Map. This makes it easy to place both current and historical records in the same location, if required:
