Software Update - September 8th 2022 - UK

MED e-care is delighted to announce the following software updates, including a new Physician Medication Reconciliation Report.

Physician Medication Reconciliation Report (new)

Physician Review Report Update

Physician Medication Reconciliation Report (new)

This new report displays the active orders for a Resident or group of Residents in a condensed view. To access the report, select e-Reports>Medication>Physician Medication Reconciliation (new).

Prerequisites and Setup 

Users must have permissions enabled to use the e-Reports.

Group report

1. Select a period of months or leave as defaulted (to three months)
2. Leave Resident field blank
3. Select the unit and/or programs or leave as defaulted for all
4. Click on “All Orders” to deselect “All” and select “MAR” and “TAR” to view only Medication orders
5. Run report.

Individual report

1. Select a period of months or leave as defaulted (to three months)
2. Select the resident from the look up window
3. Select the unit and/or programs or leave as defaulted for all
4. Click on “All Orders” to deselect “All” and select “MAR” and “TAR” to view only Medication orders
5. Run report.

Physician Review Report Update

The Physician Review Report has been updated to include a new parameter that hides refill orders from the report. To hide refill orders, click on the parameter and run the report.

For the most concise view, select the new parameter and de-select the “Include on hand” parameter.
