You can use the CRM module to convert your prospective clients into admitted residents in the ADT section of your site. Please follow the below instructions to perform this action in MED ecare.
Updating Client Status
- Login to MED ecare
- Go to CRM > Manage Leads
- Search for and select your client
- On the Lead Details page, click Edit
- Change Client Status to Verified
- Enter resident birthday
- Click Save
Convert to the ADT
Once you have updated the client status you can convert the client to the ADT.
- Simply click on Covert to Account which is located at the top of the Lead Details page.
- You will see a pop up to confirm you would like to convert account. Click 'Yes'
- A notification will pop up telling you that the resident has been successfully converted and will provide you with the resident Chart number.
How to complete the admission for the Resident
The resident will be available for you in the ADT bulletin to admit fully to the system. If you require additional information on how to admit a resident, please refer to the support guide below:
