Further to last night's release, the following updates have been applied to the application. Please see the following article for more details of the new features that are available.
New option added in “Vitals Assessment”
New updates in “Incident Total with Resident List (Facility)” report
New Parameter added in MAR reports
New option added in “Vitals Assessment”
The new option “Thermal” has been added to the “Location” dropdown under Temperature section in the Vitals Assessment.
Purpose
This will allow you to indicate that the temperature has been recorded using the new thermal thermometers.
New updates in “Incident Total with Resident List (Facility)” report
A) A new parameter “Include Focus Notes” has been added in the “Flags” section under e-Reports >> Notes >> Group >> Incident Total with Resident List (Facility)
How it works:
- When checked, Focus Notes will be included in the report.
- By default, the option is unchecked.
B) The report is now updated to show the Event Date and time instead of the Created Date and time of the note.
New Parameter added in MAR reports
A new parameter “Include Scheduled Amount” has been added in the following reports:
e-Reports >> Medication >> MAR
e-Reports >> Medication >> MAR (Individual)
How it works:
- When checked, the report will include the amount that is scheduled to be given beside the ‘S’, same as it shows the amount next to the “G” when medications have been administered.
- By default, the parameter is unchecked.
- Special Med order statuses will be handled as below:
- For Discontinued Orders, no amount will be shown.
- For On Hold Orders, no amount will be shown
- For Self-Admin Orders, amount will be shown
- For LOA Orders, amount will be shown
New Setting for e-Notes
A new setting “Enforce Focus Notes” has been added under Settings >> e-Notes >> Options >> Default Note Type: Focus Notes
How it works:
- When enabled, a new note (batch or single) created will default to Focus Notes. The Focus Note checkbox control will be disabled and you cannot uncheck it.
- By default, the settings is disabled.
