New Setting- Lookback Period for Hotlist

V5 e-Notes enhancements

“All Dates” filter can now be used to view all the notes created for the resident in question regardless of created date.

This filter option is available under e-Notes V5 >> Select Resident >> Resident Notes Grid.

New Setting- Lookback Period for Hotlist

A new setting “Lookback Period for Hotlist” has been added under Settings >> e-MAR >> Options >> Med Pass and Administration. 

Purpose:

This setting will control the lookback period for the Hotlist and you can set this to a shorter period to cut back on loading time of the overdue medications.

How it works?

• The dropdown has the following calendar days options:
• 1, 3, 7, 14, 30
• By default, the number is set to 30 and you can always change this as per your requirement.
• Once the number is saved, it will be set as the lookback period when Hotlist is searching for overdue medications.
