Add a MED e-care quick link or shortcut for mobiles (Android/iOS)

Sometimes users want to create desktop shortcuts to their favourite modules within the MED e-care Application when using mobile devices. Follow the steps below to set up a shortcut on Android and iOS

Navigate to your favourite module or sub module using one of the steps below

1. Type in the MED e-care URL and navigate to your favourite module or sub module  eg eMAR>Orders
2. Click on one of the links below related to your favourite module or submodule to navigate to it in the default browser on your device
3. Navigate to the link by copying and pasting the link into your preferred browser

Google Chrome on Android

1. Look for the three dots in the top right hand corner of the browser (Chrome)
2. Tap Add to Home Screen
3. Type in the shortcut name and tap Add
4. A shortcut will be created on the homescreen
5. This shortcut can now be used to navigate to your preferred tab

Safari on iOS

1. Click the Share button in the browser
2. Select Add to Home Screen
3. Type in the shortcut name and tab Add
4. A shortcut will be created on the homescreen
5. This shortcut can now be used to navigate to your preferred tab
