When you have created a MAR/TAR note or non-medication MAR order, you may need to edit the instructions or the schedule. Please see below instructions on how to complete this within the application.
1) Login to the system and navigate to Search Client in the top right hand of the screen.
2) Search for and select the resident whose note you need to either edit or remove.
3) Navigate to Quick Entry and go to the resident's Medication Profile
4) Find the Note you wish to edit, then click on Manage Order > Edit
5) You can edit the order insruction, simply by typing in the box where you can see the order instruction.
6) You can also edit the order schedule start/ end dates or the time.
7) Don't forget to click Update Schedule to save any changes to the order.
