Nutrition Profile Report
Location: e-Reports > Care Plan > Group > Nutrition Profile
This report shows a resident’s nutrition information as documented in the Nutrition tab of their Care Plan. It includes space for a large photo for easy identification. The report can be run for a single resident or multiple residents, by unit. Report includes active residents only.
