Following our latest upgrade, you will now be able to view active medication with a '0' on-hand stock amount in the Home Medication Inventory Report. Medication with a '0' on-hand amount will be displayed when you run the report.
As well as identifying inventory with '0' on-hand stock, the report will now display a key of the order status. Please see below:
A - Active
IA - Inactive
DC - Discontinued
1.To use the report, go to e-Reports > Medication > Home Medication Inventory
A. Identify Low or Negative Stock
To identify medications with low inventory to assist with ordering, you need to set the drop down filter of DAYS REMAINING to the number of days left in inventory. This is most often set to 5 days so that staff can re-order the medication with enough time before it runs out.
B. Identifying Stock with no amount
As well as low or negative stock, the report will also identify on-hand stock currently at '0'. To do this, you should set the DAYS REMAINING to select.
