As well as system maintenance, this weeks software update has made some exciting changes to the Signed Orders by Provider Report.

e-Reports - Signed Orders by Provider

You can find the Signed orders by Provider report by going to e-Reports > Medication > Signed Orders by Provider

The user can filter for controlled schedule type or medications set as high alert:

The report will show:

1) The medication name and if it is a controlled or high alert medication 

2) Any reason given whilst administering or not administering a medication

3) Which user signed for the medication

4) Which user provided the second signature for controlled or high alert medication.
