Some very exciting new updates have been included in this weeks software update.
e-MAR and Wound Tracker
Zoom for the Body Map
Following our latest software update users will be able to record on the body map and wound tracker map irrespective of the zoom. This will let users zoom in or out to their preference.
To change the zoom in Internet Explorer 11, go to the tools cog in the top right hand corner then Zoom.
Drug Record Book
The report is designed to provide a summary of all orders that are received and rejected by the users from Receive Orders. To find out more about the Drug Record Book please follow this link to our guide:
Drug Record Book - Witness Signature
The report now shows which user provided the witness signature when the order was received.
Drug Record Book - Sort by Resident
Previously when running the report for a group, it sorted all orders by prescriber, now you will be able to choose to sort this report by resident. You will then be able to see all of the orders for one resident grouped together.
Drug Record Book - Date Period Type
Users can now choose to run the report by the date an order was Received, Shipped or Ordered. This will make it clearer which orders are included in the report that you generate.
Individual Care Plan Report
The Care Plan report will now has more space for evaluations, a Care Plan evaluation of any length will now be included on the Individual Care Plan Report.
This can be found under e-Reports>Care Plan>Individual Reports>Care Plan:
Batch Notes Sorting
When adding batch notes, the residents are now sorted in the same way as the main search grid. If you sort by name or chart number, the selected residents will also be sorted by name or chart number when entering the notes.
Click on the name heading in the top search grid to sort the selected residents by name:

Only strike you own notes
In e-Notes V5 you can now strike your own notes.
