Overdue Orders Widget
MED e-care has released the much anticipated Overdue Orders widget to make it even easier for you to stay on top of any missed medications or gaps in your MAR sheets.
Features:
- Orders will only appear on this widget if they have not been signed at their scheduled date/time. You can filter by the Scheduled Date/Time if you want to see the oldest ones first.
- Simply click the overdue order you want to check in on and it will bring you straight to the medication date/round and resident you are looking for
- The default view shows Overdue orders from the last 7 days but you can use the great filters to customise this and create the report you want
- The new filters features will allow you to multiselect different types of orders
- Medications & Treatments
- Orders
- MAR
- TAR
- You can use the new Export feature to download the details
How to Access this Widget
1. Navigate to Dashboard on the Green Bar
2. Make sure you have enabled the Overdue Orders widget
3. Navigate to the widget, set your desired filters and click on the overdue item you'd like to review
4. Once on the Medication round, sign the orders as Administered or Not Administered as required
NB - If you are signing medications as administered after completing a stock count, this can impact your current inventory. It is advised to check the Overdue widget before completing your stock check to make sure you are caught up on all administrations.
