How to add immunization records for multiple residents

In an event when you need to record a batch immunisation for the residents at your facility you can use the Batch Immunization function under e-Notes. Please use the following instructions to complete this action:

1) Click on e-Notes on the green bar > Batch on the blue bar > Click on Batch Immunization

4) Click on Search Clients

5) Check the boxes next to the residents that you would like to record immunizations for, then add the immunization that you would like to record. Click Next

6) Enter all the relevant information concerning the immunization and click on apply to all. You may edit each individual immunization record before clicking Next

7) A report is generated and shown on the next page. Click Save to add the immunization records. You may also Print this report
