How to review the history of a Related to/Goal/Intervention

1) Click on e-Plan > Care Plan > Search for and select the relevant resident

2) Any Related to/Goals/Interventions that have a blue history icon next to them have an available history.

3) Simply click on the blue history icon to review the history of a particular item.
