1) Login and click e-ADT on the green bar.
2) Click on Current Admissions on the white bar.
3) Select the name of the resident you would like to edit information for. You can search by first name and/or last name, and navigate using the blue arrows below the list.
4) Click on the blue Edit button. You may now edit all admission information for this resident. You can navigate between pages using the Client Identification/Contacts/Client Health Status/Advanced Directives/Admission Information tabs.
5) Once you have finished editing information for this resident, click Update.
6) Once admission information has been updated successfully, the following message will appear:
