How to record a medication note on administration

1) When in a MED round click on the grey note. A grey note means that there a note is not currently associated with the medication, but a note can be added.

2) To add a note you must type you note into the white field then click the yellow Add Note button. If your note requires a follow up click the Require Follow-Up box, and add a date and time for your follow-up.

3) Once you click the yellow Add Note button you note will appear below. Click Done to go back to the resident's MAR page.

4) You will now see that your note will have changed colour. A blue note means that there is a note associated with the medication. A red notes means there is a note with a follow up required.
