There are times when you need to add a custom Related to, Goal or Intervention to a resident's Care Plan. In order to do so please use the following step-by-step guide to help you.
Before you begin, you will require access to the Settings tab on the green bar of your MED e-Care application.
Please login to your account and navigate to Settings > e-Plan > CP Library Maintanence
Add 'Related to' Lookup
1) Click 'Add Related to' and a pop up will show with details of existing lookups and an option below to add a custom lookup.
2) You can use this page to find and manage existing lookups for the Related To category. You will see an option below to delete any irrelevant lookups
3) To add a new lookup, type in a new option under Label, and details, when you have completed this, click on Add New 'Related To'
Adding 'Goal' and 'Intervention' lookups
To add 'Goal' and 'Intervention' lookups, Please follow the same instructions as adding a custom 'Related To'.
