How to personalize care plan with resident information

When a new Care Plan is created it is not personalized. It will usually show in the form of 'Client' OR 'Resident':

 
If you would like to personalize your Care Plans you can do so by using the Find and Replace function located at the top of the Care Plan Detail screen. Keep in mind that you can search for instances of what you are replacing within Etiologies, Outcomes, Interventions or all categories:

Once you use this feature your Care Plan will now be personalized:

Please be aware that this feature will only work on a section by section basis. Once you enter in the parameters once, however, you will only need to press the 'Replace' button in each section for this to take affect.
