Before you can create a Delete Record to submit back to CIHI, you need to make sure the assessment has already been marked as 'Accepted' from within the software.
Go to e-Assessments > Submission > CCRS Submission History. Find the record that you want deleted from within the files you have already created. Click on 'Manage' to make sure the record is marked as Accepted. The assessment must be submitted and accepted by CIHI as well as in the software.
Now go to the assessment itself from within e-Assessments:
Select the assessment that needs to be deleted and un-sign the Signature Section:
Once the assessment is un-signed, select ‘Delete’
Click on YES to accept the deletion:
A Delete Record will be created in the ‘CCRS Submission’ folder. Once you create the new submission file you can submit this to CIHI and it will be deleted from the their database.
