If your facility has Relationship Builder turned on and you are not getting the 'Build To Care Plan' window it could be because the Assignment Role you are assigned does not have it set up. In order to have this applied somebody from your facility with Facility Admin rights will have to do the following.
1) Go to Settings > Facility > Employee User Setup – check to verify which role the employee is set up for:
2) From here Go to Settings > Security > Application Roles, click on the application role that was assigned to the employee (eg. RAI COORDINATOR).
3) Under the ‘Role Access Rights’ section, click on ‘Category’ and select ‘Relationship Builder’.
4) Make sure that all the items under the ‘Relationship Builder’ category are checked off and click on "SAVE"
