How to switch the 'Administered' medication back to 'Scheduled state' under e-MAR
Step 1: Go to the Round where the medication was administered. Navigate to the correct round and time.
Step 2: You will see a pop-up notification appear as seen below:
Step 3: Click yes to confirm you are happy to change this record.
Step 4: Choose not due yet. This will mean the medication will return to the scheduled status.
