Face Sheet/Profile Report Updates

1. The Face Sheet/Profile reports have been updated to show the “Call First” label under the Contact Association column for all the Resident’s contacts that are identified as “Call First” in e-ADT >> Admission Document >> Contacts tab.

Reports:

• e-Reports > Care Plan > Individual > Face Sheet/Profile
• e-Reports > Care Plan > Group > Face Sheet/Profile (New)

2. The Face Sheet/Profile Group report has been updated to include the date, findings, and plan of care from the last Physical Examination under Care Plan > Medical Tab
