Batch immunization documentation and reporting - Canada

1. Navigate to Batch Immunization
2. Select proper residents
3. Select proper vaccine and proper dose. i.e. Pfizer or Moderna and Dose 1 or Dose 2

Enter all information to apply to all residents

1. Date Given & Consent Date
2. Lot Number & Consent Obtained or Refused
3. Result: can be used to enter extra information (will be displayed on the report)
   1. e. Next dose due dd-mm-yyyy
4. Comments: can be used to enter relevant data (will be displayed on the report)
   1. e. Vaccine given on-site/on unit

Report

1. Navigate to e-reports > Care Plan > Group reports > Immunization

Immunization Report

1. The report includes all fields completed in the batch immunization module.
2. “Results” and “Comments” fields are displayed within the columns below.
