How to create a Custom Assessment

1. Click on e-Assessments and navigate to Custom Assessments

2. Search or Select the resident who's assessment you wish to complete. If the resident is only pre-admitted, ensure the Pre-Admission filter is selected

3. Select the Assessment from the drop down menu and click on Create Assessment
