Add a MED e-care shortcut to your desktop

Option 1 – Update your existing Link with the new URL

1. Do not open e-MAR or MED e-care Application 
2. Right-click on your existing link for e-MAR and click “Properties”
3. Change the existing URL to the URL provided by MED e-care support 
4. Click “OK”
5. Click on your new desktop shortcut for e-MAR or MED e-care Application to make sure it works

Option 2 – Creating a new Link from scratch

1. Do not open e-MAR
 or MED e-care Application 
2. Right-click on your computer’s desktop, hover over “New” and then click “Shortcut”
3. 
Where it says “Type the location of the item”, please type the URL provided by MED e-care support
4. Click “Next”

5. Add a name for your shortcut
6. Click “Finish”
7. Click on your new desktop shortcut for the e-MAR or MED e-care Application to make sure it works
